Agropedia is a type of farmer’s marketplace that specializes in agricultural, plantation, fishery, and livestock products. This application was proposed by DPP LDII JATIM, to prosper local Indonesian farmers. The prices of agricultural products from farmers have been very small, due to the cut by middlemen. With this application, farmers can save time and costs, which bridge between farmers and consumers directly.
The application has many features such as image gallery, chatting and filtering products by category, buyers can directly transact products from within the application or directly to the seller. This application is mainly designed for mobile devices such as Android and iPhone, and uses the framework7 with jQuery engine. So the display is more responsive and minimalistic, resembling a native application with an effect that remains in the eye and is pleasing to look at. In addition, because it uses AJAX request for each page, the application’s speed can also be fast.
This application is still in beta version, meaning it is not yet open to the public due to the need to fix some features that will be used later. In addition, in the future, it will use the javascript VueJs framework, which is already integrated with Framework7. It is hoped that the result will increase performance and beautify the display.

The importance of communication in building an application at the beginning is crucial. Because it will be more difficult for developers to change an already-made application. It’s better to take longer at the beginning (preparing a mind map for the application) than to have difficulties later.
